Chinook Gate Homeowners Association (HOA) Encumbrance Fees

Timing: The Chinook Gate HOA annual fees are set to begin this spring.

Details: HOA fees will support enhanced community details, landscape maintenance, and community events. The maintenance program will include enhancements such as flowers at the community entrance, seasonal pots, seasonal lights, dog bag stations, and other enhancements as priorities arise and the community grows. 

HOA membership and annual fees apply to all properties in Chinook Gate.  

Other Benefits: Chinook Gate HOA residents are eligible to receive the special Brookfield Resident rate on program registration and facility rentals at other Brookfield HOAs – Livingston, Cranston, New Brighton, and Auburn Bay.

When: Notices will be delivered in March and fees are due April 1.
